Wedding Photographer Chelsea Old Church<\/h1>\n

Sophie and Richard tied the knot at Chelsea Old Church in Chelsea. The guests arrived and were greeted by Richard, before being encouraged to fill the Church from the front by the Ushers, an issue faced every week I notice! I had the opportunity of two good vantage points, one up in the organ loft with an aerial view of the whole church and the second at the back of the Church looking forward towards the couple exchanging vows. It\u2019s useful to have, where possible, a couple of options, as it does make for a more varied set of images.<\/p>\n

A vintage car whisked the couple off to the reception venue ahead of the guests who could easily stroll round the corner. The Chelsea Physic Garden<\/a>, a hidden gem in SW3, founded in 1673 as a world centre for the study of medicinal plants. It has secret pathways, and an amazing range and assortment of flowers and trees, galleries and a tearoom, but importantly there was also a marquee this time for the guests to enjoy their drinks reception when they weren’t exploring the venue.<\/p>\n

There was a very happy atmosphere, over the whole day as was captured in the photographs, the more formal family pictures were taken outside with a floral\/Chelsea Town House background, swiftly followed by speeches and cake cutting in the marquee. The happy couple departed in the early evening accompanied by clapping and waving from family and friends.
