Wedding Photography in 2020
2020 was an extraordinary year with Covid-19 lockdowns and many wedding postponements.
There were a few weddings which went ahead in the spring before the first lockdown at the end of March, and then a few weddings which couples managed to organise with reduced numbers of guests and social distancing. Mask wearing became a theme later on in the year.
All of this year’s weddings were London weddings, the main reason being because of the travel restrictions in place which made local register office weddings more achievable. Country weddings we hope will return next year when moving around the UK will be easier and organising a marquee wedding at home without restrictions more enjoyable.
2021 Another Disrupted Year but with Some Weddings Going Ahead
2021 held more opportunities for weddings to go ahead than 2020 thanks to the vaccine roll out.
