The Canon 1DX unbelievably improves on the already excellent Canon 1DMKIV camera – it can now focus in near pitch darkness, which is very handy for winter weddings, in all honesty there is now no need to resort to flash at all.
The colour depth and accuracy has been improved too, providing rich colours under all lighting conditions with a significant boost in focusing speed and accuracy, which again is a complete boon during an evening reception/dance. The cameras are robust and weather sealed and with their titanium shutters are built to last years. I love using them.
